A cache allowing for CPU-cache-friendlier iteration over WordStorage entries that can be used for suggestions. The words and the form data are stored in plain contiguous arrays with no compression.

Calls the processor for every cached dictionary entry with length between minLength and maxLength, both ends inclusive. The callback entry is reused and may not be saved for later.
